Compatibility Tools

A small set of standalone MCP tool names remains callable for clients written before the mega-tools. They are a compatibility layer: each one routes to a PRISM coordinate, they do not appear in tools/list, and new integrations should call the mega-tools directly. Retirement of a compatibility name is announced on the changelog, and the refusal payload a retired name returns names its replacement coordinate.
